Sclerosing hemangioma: A rare benign lung tumor.
Report of two cases

Sclerosing hemangioma is a rare benign lung tumor. Two cases are presented of adult females with sclerosing hemangioma, of interest due to the specific clinical, radiological, histopathological and immunohistochemical findings.
