TECHNIQUE FOR ENHAÍSING THE ESTHETIC RESULT
IN REMOVABLE DENTURES WITH LIMITED SPACE

SUMMARY This paper describes a laboratory technique for the improvement of the esthetic results in immediate denture and overdenture cases. After the dewaxing a small amount of tooth colored autopolymerizing resin is added under the teeth that have been havily grinded due to limited space. This way the pink acrylic does not show through the teeth. After the setting of the tooth colored acrylic, the packing of the pink heat cured resin is done and the case is processed and finished as usual.
