RESISTANCE TO CEFOXITIN

NOTE: Resistance to cefoxitin is consistent :
A. With the presence of plasmid class C beta lactamases in Klebsiella pneumoniae and E. coli originating from C. freudii and other Enterobacteriaceae.
B. With the presence of active chromosomal class C beta lactamases in Enterobacter spp.
